Hicks Outdoor offers the lease of billboard space, including free artwork and design. The artwork, upon approval, is then printed on vinyl.

The vinyl, (which is exactly to scale of approved artwork) is carefully "stretched" over the billboard and secured into place. The vinyl will remain in place for the agreed upon terms of the lease.
